Roger McGilligan’s parents were Roger ‘Roddy’ McGilligan and Elizabeth ‘Betty’ Neely. Neely was her married name and I do not know her maiden name. She went under the nickname of Old Hi Lows. I am descended from her only child from her first marriage, Thomas John Neely.
I should much appreciate you getting in touch.
